My approach to leadership development is grounded in the belief that meaning—not status or success—is the true driver of sustainable leadership. Through my coaching practice and Leadership Academy, I help leaders and organizations clarify purpose, build resilience and hardiness in the face of challenge, and create cultures where people can grow, contribute, and flourish together.

Leadership Courses
The Leadership Academy offers six courses—Resilience, Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Accountability, Decision Making, and Servant Leadership. These courses aim to develop skills and mindsets for leading with love, compassion, and dignity, improving team well-being and leadership effectiveness.
